I love this app. My favorite is medium rain with distant thunder. I listen to it when my roommates are having a party and I need to sleep, or when I am writing in my journal. Its wonderful!

Had this app for a few years now...helps my family all get to sleep easily and sleep through the night. Looking forward to Sleepmaker 2!

I have always fallen asleep when it rains. And thats why I love this app so much. I dont like apps where it has rain, and then a fan, and then the beach. Because there is only one sound of rain!!!! This app has SO many different options for what type of rain gets you to fall asleep!! Its so easy to use and has NEVER cause me problems! Been using it for almost 2 years now!! My favorites are: gentle (with distant thunder), gentle (onto forest foliage), and medium (rain against Windows). Would recommend for anyone and everyone!! :))

App crashes as soon as I select a track. iPhone 5 on iOS 8.4.1

This is a wonderful app, but the latest version shuts itself off after about ten minutes, if I neglect to put my devices to sleep, which wakes me up, of course. I would also love for the initial screen to be dark, not bright white. The point of using this app is to fall asleep, and a giant white light in my eyes when I start the app wakes me up too much! Otherwise, its awesome.

...once you activate another app, like an alarm clock. Im currently using iOS 9.2.1. Im finding many of the ambient sound apps out there cant play in the background! An exception has been the Phase4 Mobile sound apps, like their Rain Sounds HQ and Rain Sounds Free. This particular app here has a nice selection of sounds and the interface is straightforward and practical. It works fine if you have a separate, table top alarm clock.

Ads designed so they look like you can close them, but they just take you to a website. Confusing controls. Much worse than prior versions.

the application has to be open to be used. Please fix this. Very very upsetting.

One of the best features of this app USED to be the subtle fade when the timer ended on the rain. It was a nice, calming way to wake up. Now its a sudden end that jolts you awake. Please fix! Not sure what changes were made that actually improved the app in the new version. Just feels more cumbersome.

There used to be a fade out option. Now it just turns off suddenly, if it even does that at all. Sometimes it just plays all night. I wake up and its still on way past the 2 hr setting.

This app was perfect before the most recent update. Im very irritated with the timer setting now. It isnt as straight forward as it once was. You use to be able to pick the time and it was always set to it. Now Ive got to make sure to select the timer ever night or I wake up to the app running in the morning. This function is the most problematic for me, when my phone isnt plugged in over night. The main screen before was great. It had all the essential buttons with no frills. I didnt have to search for what I needed. This update was a step backwards in my opinion and Id like to see it reverted to the version before this one.
